What you will do

• Manage and maintain an assigned book of business while serving as the primary client advisor.
• Collaborate with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to oversee the entire renewal process.
• Conduct needs analysis, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings for clients.
• Delegate tasks to the internal service team and provide leadership on complex account deliverables.
• Proactively communicate industry trends and educate clients on benefit options.
• Identify and pursue cross-sale opportunities to grow the existing book of business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role.
• Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
• Current Life and Health insurance license.
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quoting tools.
