Legal Contracts Manager

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX (Hybrid: 4 days in office, Fridays remote).

What you will do

• Redline and negotiate commercial client-facing agreements and amendments.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while maximizing business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
• Provide expert legal support and strategic input to sales and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all contracting engagements comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, and finance to align contracts with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• 3+ years of experience supporting sales or commercial contracts in a corporate, financial, or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and negotiation strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Payments, SaaS, or Transportation industries.
• Proficiency in DocuSign CLM.
