What you will do
- Oversee the creation, review, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Execute contracts and manage them to ensure all deliverables and terms are fulfilled.
- Analyze contract language for technical viability, legal soundness, and business alignment.
- Perform contract redlines and insert appropriate language during the drafting process.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while minimizing organizational risk.
- Partner with legal, finance, and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or compliance.
- Proven ability to analyze complex legal and financial documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Solid analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification.
- Experience working within corporate legal, procurement, or risk management environments.
- Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Advanced knowledge of contract law or industry-specific regulatory frameworks.
