What you will do

• Collaborate with the contract renewal team to enhance client agreements and maintain long-term relationships.
• Negotiate contract terms and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage TouchNet contracts, processes, and pricing structures while identifying areas for improvement.
• Utilize Salesforce to create quotes, manage opportunities, and generate reports.
• Serve as a liaison for integration agreements and hardware orders between Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Compile documentation and guides to support internal team efficiency.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required.
• Must be able to work in the Lenexa, KS office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and escalations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing Salesforce (SFDC).
