What you will do

  • Define and execute the channel marketing strategy to accelerate revenue growth across the partner ecosystem.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, providing business planning and escalation support.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Enablement to deliver training, sales tools, and communications that enhance partner performance.
  • Monitor partner pipeline activity and performance, providing analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of partner conferences, webinars, and field events to foster deeper relationships.
  • Contribute to partner segmentation, tiering strategies, and operational processes to scale with business growth.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel programs, or B2B relationship management, preferably in SaaS or HCM.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience directing functional areas or divisions.
  • Proven ability to execute partner strategy across a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 15% for partner meetings and events.
