What you will do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SaaS, API integrations, and strategic partnership documents.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, translating business objectives into effective contract structures.
• Lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for high-visibility deals.
• Design and standardize contract templates, playbooks, and frameworks to improve organizational scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Optimize contracting workflows and tools to reduce friction and improve cycle times.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in contracts management and structuring complex commercial agreements.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, Salesforce, and e-signature platforms.
• Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced remote environments.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or JD.
• Experience working within the healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with data sharing terms, privacy considerations, and security reviews.
• Experience developing contract playbooks or improving contracting processes.
