Salary: $180,000 - $190,000 USD plus bonus

What you will do
- Lead and develop the Legal Innovation Partner team, setting performance expectations and career development frameworks.
- Own a portfolio of strategic client relationships, driving renewal, expansion, and executive-level engagement.
- Define and refine the firm's AI transformation engagement model in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with the VP of Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations to manage the renewal pipeline and identify expansion opportunities.
- Represent at industry conferences and legal technology forums as a thought leader in legal AI adoption.
- Hire, coach, and retain top Legal Innovation Partner talent.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or a combination thereof, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of law firm operations, legal department workflows, and the current state of AI adoption in the legal industry.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and growing a book of business in a B2B SaaS or legal technology environment.
- Experience building or leading customer success, professional services, or client advisory teams in enterprise technology.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to client sites, conferences, and internal team meetings.
Nice to have
- JD or equivalent legal industry experience preferred.
- Prior law firm practice, legal operations leadership, or legal technology experience working with AmLaw 200 firms or large legal departments is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with document management systems, legal AI platforms, and the broader LegalTech ecosystem.
