Retirement Sales ERISA Specialist (Fintech): Managing complex retirement plan inquiries and competitive pricing comparisons for small and medium-sized businesses with an accent on ERISA compliance and Defined Contribution industry expertise. Focus on driving process improvements, bridging client relationships to implementation, and delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced growth environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Review and provide competitive pricing comparisons for new business against other 401(k) providers.
  • Manage high-volume inbound sales and implementation inquiries via phone and email.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve client inquiries regarding plan design and product support.
  • Identify trends and common issues to drive permanent process improvements.
  • Bridge client relationships from the sales phase to implementation and ongoing service.
  • Provide educational insights during Revenue team meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer support or account management.
  • Prior Defined Contribution industry experience.
  • QKA or similar industry designation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced growth or startup environment.
