TL;DR

Talent Services Account Manager (HRTech): Managing client relationships and technical onboarding for recruitment software with an accent on product training, workflow optimization, and client retention. Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC, USA (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Lead customized training sessions and refine job advertisements for clients.
  • Configure ATS features and resolve tier-1 technical troubleshooting issues.
  • Analyze client data to prepare performance reports and identify engagement risks.
  • Manage client documentation, scheduling, and administrative billing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend improvements that strengthen client retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Charlotte, NC to support the hybrid work schedule.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or technical implementation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple client priorities.
