What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team and executive admins.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV issues for executive devices.
• Provide on-site support for high-visibility meetings, board sessions, and earnings calls.
• Manage technology refresh cycles and deploy mobile/desktop devices.
• Document incidents in ServiceNow and perform root cause analysis for system issues.
• Travel with executives to provide personal technical support at off-site conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Eagle, ID.
• 3+ years of experience in end-user and executive support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, Apple iOS, Android, and networking fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel as needed.
• Experience with AV equipment, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

Nice to have

• Four-year degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• A+ or Network+ certifications.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2026 administration.
