What you will do

• Configure and install Dell laptops and Apple MacBook Pro computers for end-users.
• Resolve technical requests and incidents within established service level agreements.
• Provide desk-side and remote technical support using tools like Bomgar, Teams, and WebEx.
• Perform IT equipment deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle.
• Track and update IT asset movements within the database.
• Run diagnostic tests to isolate and resolve OS and software issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Professional experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hospital or clinical research laboratory environments.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• OS-related vendor certifications from Apple, Linux, or Microsoft.
