What you will do

  • Acquire new suppliers to expand hirify.global’s product catalogue within the assigned region.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Facilitate negotiation of rates and margins to finalize new business contracts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and perform outbound calls using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and account management to ensure a smooth transition for new partners.
  • Travel 30-50% of the time to meet targets and attend industry trade events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within an online company.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proven track record of contracting new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in territory and pipeline management using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a "hunter" mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel industry, specifically with tours, activities, or attractions.
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making in daily workflows.
  • Experience operating with a global-first mindset.
