What you will do

• Develop robust financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Improve forecast accuracy and explain material variances to leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support.
• Deliver actionable insights to optimize the performance of the GTM organization.
• Streamline processes and build scalable solutions to support company growth.
• Prepare financial materials for Board of Directors meetings and investors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A at a high-growth software company or investment banking.
• Expertise in building robust financial models in Excel.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
• Ability to drive insights from large datasets (SQL experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in the U.S.

• Familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment.
