Salary: $170,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Own the topline capacity model and net new ARR financial forecasts for the company.
• Partner with the VP of Sales and GTM leadership to ensure necessary resource allocations for key initiatives.
• Drive alignment on KPIs and ROI metrics to track business performance and operational excellence.
• Analyze key levers that drive the company's long-term financial trajectory.
• Prepare financial reporting and strategic presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Team.
• Support capital planning, corporate finance, and investor relations efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Professional experience within B2B and/or SaaS businesses preferred.
• Expert financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial results and strategies at the executive level.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the SF Bay Area.
• Hybrid work schedule: 4 days a week in-office.
