What you will do

• Manage end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and monthly close for marketing and funnel P&L.
• Develop payback and ROAS models to analyze channel-level efficiency in partnership with Marketing Analytics.
• Model Self-Service/PLG funnels and partner with Growth/Product leaders to size opportunities and track conversions.
• Build financial cases for strategic investments, pricing changes, and major channel shifts.
• Implement AI tools to automate variance analysis and modeling workflows to accelerate reporting.
• Prepare executive reporting and materials for the board and ELT, translating complex economics into actionable stories.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic FP&A.
• Proven track record in high-growth SaaS or PLG businesses.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis and unit economics.
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools to streamline finance workflows and analyze data faster.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior commercial stakeholders (SVP level).
• Deep understanding of marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
