What you will do
- Own financial planning, forecasting, Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range models for Sales and Marketing
- Design, model, and administer sales compensation and commission plans with Sales leadership
- Analyze sales efficiency, unit economics (CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, quota attainment), and ROI by channel
- Evaluate Marketing spend effectiveness, campaign performance, and incremental ROI
- Build scalable models for headcount, capacity, bookings, revenue, and spend linking GTM drivers to outcomes
- Lead variance analysis, trend identification, executive materials for reviews and decisions
- Drive FP&A processes, automation in Pigment, Excel, NetSuite; align with Accounting on forecasts and actuals
- Support strategic analyses on pricing, investments, scenarios, and growth
Requirements
- 8–10 years progressive FP&A experience in go-to-market finance, ideally high-growth tech companies
- Deep experience supporting Sales/Marketing: commissions, productivity, growth economics
- Strong financial modeling connecting operations to P&L and cash flow
- Cross-functional partnering and influencing senior non-finance stakeholders
- Hands-on with FP&A tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan); quick learner
- Advanced Excel; manage imperfect data
- Ownership, detail-oriented in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; MBA plus

- IPO-readiness or public-company processes
- Direct Pigment experience
