What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain complex multi-year financial models across channels, products, and business units.
• Support long-range planning (LRP), annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Lead the design and ongoing enhancement of Pigment EPM applications to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Integrate EPM tools with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), HCM (Workday), and other data platforms.
• Establish and promote enterprise-wide best practices in financial modeling, scalability, and auditability.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, and Tech teams to align financial models with core business drivers.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial modeling, or financial systems.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms, specifically Pigment or Anaplan.
• Must be based in the United States with reliable high-speed internet.
• Strong understanding of financial system data flows and integrations.
• Ability to operate independently while coordinating across multiple functions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a full FP&A or EPM system implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or Workday.
• Expertise in driver-based planning and advanced analytics.
• Background in multi-channel or multi-line-of-business modeling.
