What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver assigned product programs throughout their complete lifecycle.
• Engage with key stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Provide direction to program teams to ensure coordination of scope, quality, and communication management.
• Adopt and implement internal delivery methodologies like Agile, Kanban, and ITIL to deliver iterative value.
• Rationalize redundant tool investments and define cost reduction strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of Project Management and 3+ years of Program Management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Program Management principles, concepts, and practices.
• Relevant experience with modern software/systems delivery methodologies like Agile and Kanban.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft collaboration tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, including corporate C-level and external vendors.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ITSM/ITIL best practices for support and servicing.
