What you will do

• Drive HRIS and payroll system projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring adherence to scope and deadlines.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to remove roadblocks and advance deliverables.
• Deliver system overviews and training for new and existing UKG clients.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify process improvements and strengthen best practices.
• Research and resolve system issues, documenting special requests and maintaining follow-up.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite and attend client meetings in Greenville, SC.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another business-related field.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a strong background in customer service and problem resolution.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Ready.
