What you will do

• Manage all aspects of complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Design and implement operational plans, monitoring progress and performance against established milestones.
• Facilitate requirements analysis and coordinate with internal functional areas like Software Development, IT, and Security.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate project issues to minimize delays and ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities to increase revenue or optimize delivery costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/work experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Detailed understanding of project management methodologies.
• Ability to work across internal functional areas and manage external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate identifiable factors to solve complex problems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rochester, New York.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
