What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience as the primary point of contact for new customers.
- Project manage implementations to ensure all milestones are completed on schedule.
- Deliver tailored onboarding calls and provide guidance on product configuration and payroll best practices.
- Identify risks and blockers, leading resolution strategies across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Sales to ensure a seamless transition of customers into the onboarding phase.
- Prepare completion summaries and transition documentation for successful handoffs.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
- Must be based in New York City.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain complex products or services clearly and effectively.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
