Salary: up to $120,000

What you will do

• Lead project teams through analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation efforts.
• Manage project deliverables to ensure they meet expectations for scope, quality, cost, and timing.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal consultants and external clients.
• Develop and execute project plans and scopes, communicating all critical changes to management.
• Own and present project budgets throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Identify and track project obstacles and execute timely resolutions to maintain project health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of implementation or consulting project management experience.
• 3+ years of HCM implementation experience.
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Experience working with UKG products.
