hirify.global, through its Medscape division, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

What you will do

• Follow Medscape’s processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Create and manage assigned project timelines in Workfront, providing updates to Account Management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, and client deliverables.
• Track project progress using Workfront reporting and dashboard functions.
• Communicate potential project issues and delays to senior team members for resolution.
• Perform regular audits of project folders and assist with maintaining server organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Experience or exposure to digital advertising, agency, or healthcare-related roles.
• Experience or exposure to project coordination, traffic, or project management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a responsible, results-driven approach; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and task management systems such as Workfront.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the marketing creative process (marketing or agency experience, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, is a plus).
• Experience with the medical/legal review process in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Experience with MS Project or Workfront is a plus.
