What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day management of paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Manage budgets and bids across multiple business units to meet marketing goals.
• Analyze complex performance trends to create, edit, and scale social media campaigns.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement paid social marketing initiatives.
• Guide creative and messaging strategies based on performance data and customer journey insights.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in paid digital campaign management or ad ops.
• Comprehensive knowledge of LinkedIn Business Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) principles.
• Working knowledge of Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM, and ABM tools like Demandbase or Triblio.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and tactics.
