What you will do

• Partner with product leads to coordinate roadmap planning, sprint cadence, and cross-team dependencies.
• Draft planning documents, status updates, and meeting notes for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain product operations hygiene in Jira, including boards, workflows, and the application of prioritization frameworks like RICE.
• Build and maintain lightweight dashboards and spreadsheets to track delivery velocity and key product metrics.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to summarize meetings, draft documentation, and build internal automations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product, operations, or business analysis (recent graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in business, analytics, or technical fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting artifacts for senior stakeholders.
• High level of organization and attention to detail when managing inputs from multiple leads.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets and prioritization frameworks.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and proactively define workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira boards, workflows, JQL, and reporting.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for data analysis and content generation.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Familiarity with ticketing, marketplace, or e-commerce business models.
