Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Salary: €110,000–€120,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in interviewing and hiring technical talent.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record in leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, React, SQL, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Docker, gRPC, or Pub/Sub.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
