Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent banking experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in complex commercial lending for middle-market clients.
• Deep knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of business development and portfolio growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
