What you will do

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Generate new business opportunities to achieve loan, deposit, and fee income goals.
• Structure commercial lending solutions, including C&I loans, commercial real estate, and equipment financing.
• Manage the full client relationship lifecycle from prospecting and origination to closing and portfolio management.
• Evaluate client financials and industry trends to identify opportunities and manage credit risk.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management, SBA, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work in Elgin, IL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related experience preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial banking experience with a focus on relationship management and business development.
• Proven success in generating commercial loans and deposits.
• Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
