What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the organization.
• Develop and maintain dynamic driver-based financial models tied to mortgage banking operational metrics and profitability.
• Perform scenario planning and financial analysis related to interest rates, loan origination volumes, and margins.
• Deliver executive-level financial insights and prepare board-level reporting packages and KPI dashboards.
• Modernize FP&A processes through automation, enhanced reporting infrastructure, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A and financial analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and team management experience.
• Significant experience within mortgage banking, consumer lending, or financial services organizations.
• Strong understanding of mortgage banking economics, including servicing, production channels, and capital markets.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning expertise.
