Scheduler (Aerospace): Performing schedule planning and development efforts on Major Defense Acquisition Programs with an accent on space, ground, software, and hardware systems. Focus on establishing and managing Integrated Master Schedules, identifying scheduling risks, and applying Critical Path Methodology to ensure program goals are met.

Location: Must be based in Buckley AFB, CO (Hybrid: 2-3x per week on-site required)

Salary: $82,000 - $119,900 annually

What you will do

• Perform schedule planning and development for Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
• Create, maintain, and update project-based schedules including critical paths.
• Develop and execute Lean-Agile processes to manage Integrated Master Schedules and technical baselines.
• Identify scheduling risks and conflicts while implementing remediation plans.
• Gather data from multiple stakeholders to provide useful insights for government clients.
• Integrate technical and programmatic data to support program goals.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or project management within defense acquisition programs
• 1+ years of experience creating and maintaining project schedules and baselines
• Proficiency in MS Project, Milestones Professional, One Pager Pro, and Microsoft Office

Nice to have

• TS/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree in a STEM field
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
• Experience with space-based remote sensing systems
