What you will do

• Drive the San Diego Source Research Way of Working (WoW) and ensure execution of local and global company processes.
• Lead the development of financial documentation for OPEX, CAPEX, and discretionary departmental expenses.
• Standardize annual goal setting and operational KPI tracking to enable clear messaging of progress to stakeholders.
• Execute work loading analysis for headcount development proposals and long-term capacity assumptions.
• Coordinate key research meetings, including EUV roadmap discussions and staff reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Represent SR inputs to Corporate Real Estate and Facilities groups regarding budget, capacity, and space planning.

Requirements

• 11 years of experience with a Bachelor’s, 8 years with a Master’s, or 4 years with a PhD in an engineering or research‑enabled environment.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Planner, or Associate in Project Management for large, complex projects.
• Expert knowledge of data analysis tools, specifically MS Excel (pivot tables), MS Access, and MS Project.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and lead team resources.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into defined objectives and statistically analyze data.

Nice to have

• PMI certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, IPMA).
• Understanding of Change Management processes and approaches.
