What you will do

  • Build initial baseline schedules for complex projects ensuring compliance with Critical Path Method (CPM) best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated master project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Validate schedules against DCMA metrics using P6 health check and Acumen Fuse.
  • Perform schedule risk and critical path analysis to identify problem areas and present mitigation options.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Project Managers, and Legal to ensure timeline accuracy and contract compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or a combination of construction and scheduling.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project.

Nice to have

  • Previous scheduling experience specifically within the renewable energy industry.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
