What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of capital, facility, laboratory, office, and infrastructure projects.
• Define project scope, develop execution strategies, and establish cost, schedule, procurement, and resource plans.
• Guide projects through internal governance and government approval processes, including the development of decision packages.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, construction, procurement, finance, operations, and oversight stakeholders.
• Oversee general contractor and subcontractor execution within a highly regulated environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to scope changes, budget constraints, and existing infrastructure.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Active DOE L clearance or DOD equivalent is required.
• Experience leading project teams through complex constraints within a structured regulatory framework.
• Background in managing capital projects within complex campuses, industrial sites, or government facilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey project needs and status.
• Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, procurement planning, and change control.
