TL;DR

Associate Account Executive (Networking): Driving new business acquisition and managing client relationships for cloud-driven networking solutions with an accent on consultative sales and complex IT solution positioning. Focus on identifying customer needs, developing customized solution concepts, and collaborating within a matrix organization to deliver scalable outcomes.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Amstelveen office available for hybrid work).

Salary: €110,000–€130,000 (OTE 50/50 split).

What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.
  • Analyze specific customer challenges and develop tailored solution concepts including wireless LAN, switching, and SD-WAN.
  • Present complex technical solutions in a simple, understandable way to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the extended account team and business partners within a 100% indirect sales model.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to offer creation and contract closing.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the IT or network industry.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, calculations, and complex IT solutions.
  • University degree or commercial apprenticeship in a technical or business field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Education, Healthcare, Local Government, or Retail verticals.
  • Knowledge of AI and analytics in networking.
