Strategic Account Executive (Supply Chain): Driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships for suppliers in small and emerging markets with an accent on new logo acquisition and wallet share expansion. Focus on managing full sales cycles, prospecting for new clients, and prescribing SaaS solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to commute to the Minneapolis office (2 days a week)
Salary: Total annualized on-target compensation: $155,000

What you will do
- Manage a defined sales territory, identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Prospect for new clients via email campaigns, networking, and cold calling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing relationships and handle inbound leads.
- Nurture current customers through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed ARR quotas.
- Document all progress and pipeline velocity within Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of quota-carrying sales.
- Proven track record of managing sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Experience generating leads through independent prospecting efforts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical info for varied audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Regular in-office presence (2 days a week) required at the Minneapolis office.
