What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB/mid-market partners in the Golf sector to drive a qualified pipeline.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and implement growth strategies to address underperformance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategic sales teams to create joint lead-generation initiatives.
  • Design and implement partner incentive programs and streamlined playbooks to optimize the partner experience.
  • Gather partner feedback on product functionality to drive internal improvements.
  • Represent the brand at industry trade shows and events to generate new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, B2B, or channel sales (software experience preferred).
  • Proven experience working within the golf industry.
  • Ability to develop referral partner growth strategies and build accurate sales forecasts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for leading group presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset rooted in customer needs.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ontario, Canada.
