What you will do

  • Proactively prospect enterprise retail accounts via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Engage enterprise-level stakeholders to identify challenges and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoffs and strategic follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine and optimize outbound strategies.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS outbound sales, specifically with enterprise or mid-market retail clients.
  • Proven track record of cold-calling and engaging stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required

Nice to have

  • Experience selling directly into enterprise retail organizations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems or similar software platforms.
  • Experience with consultative selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC or BANT.
