Compensation: $16.54–$22.67 per hour

What you will do

• Profile new and existing customers to suggest tailored products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Open new accounts and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Process financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with administrative banking tasks such as stop payments and debit card orders.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank departments and contribute to branch goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be based in or able to work in Durango, CO.
• Professionalism and enthusiasm in customer interactions.
• Ability to safeguard customer information and adhere to banking regulations.

Nice to have

• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Proven ability in cross-selling bank products.
