What you will do

• Perform routine financial data entry and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reporting reviews.
• Prepare financial reports for annual and quarterly tax returns.
• Analyze and research discrepancies in financial statements to provide variance explanations.
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, 3 days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounts payable processes and analytical tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial data management.
• Intermediate professional experience in accounting.
