Location: Remote (US) - specific mentions of Greenville, SC and Mount Laurel, NJ; Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Salary: $23.25 - $34.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Research regulatory TD Auto Finance credit bureau disputes and respond to customers and reporting agencies.
  • Analyze sensitive consumer information and PII using third-party data sources and internal systems.
  • Utilize e-Oscar to respond to Automated Consumer Dispute Verifications (ACDV).
  • Correct inaccurate account information and document resolutions in internal systems and e-Oscar.
  • Ensure adherence to federal regulations and credit industry standards.
  • Identify and address process improvements based on daily operational observations.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Dodd-Frank Act.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills (40+ WPM and 10-Key pad).
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
