What you will do

• Ensure accurate transaction processing and account reconciliation.
• Participate in a 9-week Banking Navigator training program to build product and system knowledge.
• Collaborate with peers to resolve client issues and mitigate risk through effective decision-making.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and banking operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills for account reconciliation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
