What you will do

• Monitor and process internal appraisal orders from entry to delivery.
• Ensure appraisal fees are updated accurately for service provider payments.
• Maintain detailed communication records while contacting appraisers for status updates.
• Review evaluations and appraisals to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and collateral analysts to resolve order flow concerns.
• Follow up on order progress to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of related administrative experience.
• Strong PC skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn and attain State License or Certification.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in mortgage or appraisal operations.
• Background in loan processing.
