What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of SMB/mid-market golf partners to drive a qualified lead pipeline
• Analyze performance metrics and implement growth strategies to address underperformance
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create joint GTM and lead generation initiatives
• Design and optimize partner workflows, processes, and playbooks
• Gather product feedback from partners to drive internal feature enhancements
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events to generate partnership opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, B2B, or channel sales (software preferred)
• Proven experience working within the golf industry
• Strong negotiation skills and experience building accurate sales forecasts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for leading presentations and meetings
• Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with strategic sales and managers
