What you will do
- Direct channel sales policies, objectives, and growth initiatives across two specialized channel teams.
- Provide executive mentorship and performance management for a team of Directors and Sellers.
- Develop and execute "land and expand" strategies to increase market share from existing VARs and channel partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-potential channel partners in the transportation and logistics sectors.
- Lead negotiations for high-value new business opportunities and complex renewals in collaboration with Finance and Pricing teams.
- Manage rigorous sales processes, accurate forecasting, and data-driven reviews using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- 5+ years of senior-level experience specifically in channel sales or partner management.
- Proven experience managing a multi-tiered sales organization (managing through subordinate managers).
- Deep familiarity with transportation, logistics, or fleet management software (e.g., telematics).
- Mastery of Challenger-based or other value-based sales methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Must be based in the US.
