Location: Remote, United States
Compensation: Base $94,500–$135,000; OTE $135,000–$240,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to identify and onboard new partners.
- Grow existing channel partnerships to increase pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with partner leadership to create and drive strategic sales plans.
- Execute partner marketing campaigns in coordination with the Partner Marketing team.
- Align direct sales teams with channel partners to optimize overall regional performance.
- Present solutions at partner events and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and managing value-added partnerships in North America.
- Proven track record of quota over-achievement in driving indirect and influence revenue.
- Experience working within a hybrid sales environment of both direct and indirect sales.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%.
