What you will do

• Lead major workstreams for rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Partner with business unit leaders to translate complex performance data into actionable recommendations for profitability and growth.
• Develop sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario planning.
• Oversee planning/forecasting platform administration (e.g., Adaptive) and drive the maturity of self-service BI dashboards.
• Prepare Board-ready reporting and executive packages, ensuring clear narratives on drivers and risks.
• Mentor and lead analysts and finance managers, setting high standards for modeling and storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Treasury.
• Proficiency with EPM platforms such as Adaptive, Axiom, Anaplan, Planful, Essbase, Hyperion, or TM1.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with BI tools and ETL concepts.
• Strong influence, prioritization, and communication skills for ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or an MBA.
