What you will do

  • Proactively interact with clients, attorneys, and accountants regarding routine to moderately complex account inquiries and problem resolutions.
  • Support Commercial Lenders clients and business partners through report monitoring, collaboration, research, and problem-solving.
  • Utilize Know Your Customer and Consumer Due Diligence on all new clients, including completing documentation and entering information into TouchPoint Sales and Service.
  • Manage exception reports and clear outstanding exceptions promptly.
  • Develop and maintain information in spreadsheets and database programs, generating and distributing routine reports.
  • Assist Commercial Lending Officers in developing new lending and depository business with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and 4 years’ experience in a banking or customer service environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Well-developed understanding of lending practices and policies.
  • Solid demonstrated knowledge of BOKF Commercial loan processes and workflows.
  • Solid Excel and Word experience.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems.
