Salary: $125,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Oversee financial operations, including annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts in collaboration with the CFO.
• Manage and develop the finance and analytics team to foster a culture of excellence.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in strict accordance with GAAP and month-end timelines.
• Implement and utilize technologies such as Workday, Power BI, and AI tools for driver-based forecasting.
• Develop KPIs to assess customer success, associate productivity, and opportunity profitability.
• Lead the development of pricing models, RFP requests, and cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proven leadership experience in strategic decision-making and team development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
• United States citizenship is mandatory for security clearance processing.

• Advanced degree or professional certification in finance/accounting.
• Prior experience with the Workday ERP Platform.
