What you will do

• Oversee the lifecycle management of enterprise applications including RTLS, building management systems, and security platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement and support IS projects, software installations, and hardware upgrades.
• Ensure high availability, security, and regulatory compliance for critical operational technology.
• Partner with clinical, facilities, and security teams to deliver resilient and scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in departmental budget development and monitor ongoing project expenditures.
• Analyze operational procedures to identify patterns and formulate logical, objective improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of recent, relevant professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare operations and hospital inpatient/outpatient structures.
• Expertise in specifying user requirements and understanding application environment lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships across diverse organizational levels.
