Salary: $134,000 - $175,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead a team of 3+ engineers as a player/coach, balancing technical leadership and people management.
  • Drive high technical productivity and reliability to ensure high-impact results.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape the technical roadmap and improve patient/doctor experiences.
  • Represent the team in engineering-wide planning, initiatives, and processes.
  • Set and communicate clear team objectives aligned with company goals and the product roadmap.
  • Lead hiring, development, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Technical leadership experience managing teams of 3+ engineers.
  • Strong background in system design.
  • Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Java.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex web applications and services.
  • Ability to make quick, strategic decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be based in Canada.
